If, like me, you find yourself saying WTAF more often than perhaps you'd like then maybe try this.... a big ol' hunk of Amethyst (3" x 3") by the door or your bed, a little protection charm necklace in sterling silver (a pentagram inside a sun on a 16" chain), three sweetgrass smudges for clearing out the whole house and a little to go baggie of crystals.... black tourmaline for protection, labradorite for insight and intuition, a few rainbow moonstone to help the labradorite and 2 clear quartz crystals to boost them all. Not included but recommended... drink more water (with lemon), meditate and play some uplifting music. This too shall pass!
