Inspired by the goddess of love and beauty who was born of the sea... The Aphrodite Pearl Earring is a 14mm freshwater pearl with a tiny star at its center. The goddess was supposedly born in Cyprus and was celebrated with festivals at midsummer. The metal clasp which closes in the back is brass plated in 14K gold.
