Shipping

Orders are processed from New York, NY usually within 1-2 days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit times are an estimate only.  All domestic orders over $50 are shipped for free at a basic USPS rate. If you want your package insured or with a signature you must select and pay for that option.  

International shipping is for Canada only (for now) . Please NOTE! that all international orders incur a Vat or Duty tax that is the responsibility of the customer to pay. 

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the package, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier we can no longer be held liable for the responsibility of the package. We have no control over USPS or UPS. If you package is delayed please note the tracking number provided and reach out to the carrier. If your package is lost please file a claim with your carrier. Hopefully you chose to insure the package... We recommend this if your purchase reaches $100 or more. We will not provide refunds for packages that are lost in transit or are marked as delivered (with or without signature) but are claimed to be lost or stollen. We can not be responsible for the security of your package at your delivery location. 

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at memento.mori.designs.inc@gmail.com. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receipt so we can confirm a replacement/exchange or process a refund.
